We have worked with the best manufacturer in Australia with the highest food grade certifications to finally bring to life the best tasting and textured protein bar around. With its unique soft Custard filled centre, amazing flavours and inclusions, every mouthful is a joy.

What is the custard filled centre made from?

The Custard filled centre in our Custard Protein Bars are made from our actual Custard Casein Protein powder. We supply our manufacturer with our very own Custard Casein Protein powder which they then use to make the Custard filled centre in our bars. 

Why are there so many ingredients?

Our Custard Protein Bars use our very own Custard Casein Protein powder to fill the centre. In essence this also has to be incorporated on our label (two products on one label).

When it comes to labelling and ingredients, we strive ourselves on transparency. Yes we probably go over the top but we choose to over label and provide our customers with as much information as possible. Unfortunately, under labelling does occur in the industry, but being 100% transparent, and above the standard required procedures, is our choice.

How many bars can I eat daily?

We recommend not exceeding 1 bar per day.

Is this bar gluten free?

Our Custard Casein Protein Bars are not gluten free, but some flavours in our vegan friendly Custard Plant Protein Bars are.

Can I eat this bar if I am pregnant?

Not suitable for pregnant women. We recommend consulting your health practitioner before adding this into your routine after pregnancy and breastfeeding has ended.

Is this bar vegan friendly?

No, our Custard Protein Bar is neither vegan nor vegetarian, as it contains dairy derived from milk and includes bovine collagen. However, our Custard Plant Protein Bar is vegan friendly.

Is this bar suitable for children?

No, our Custard Protein is not recommended for anyone under the age of 15.

Where is this product manufactured?

This product, along with the majority of Muscle Nation food and supplement products are manufactured in Australia in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and  HACCP certified facility.
