Brisbane Warehouse Sale — Muscle Nation 10th Birthday

1. Promoter This giveaway is promoted by Muscle Nation Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 106 733 071) ("Muscle Nation", "Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

2. Entry Period Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Saturday, 12 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 24 September 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Queensland, Australia aged 18 years and over only.
  • Employees of Muscle Nation, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are excluded.
  • One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted using multiple email addresses, and entries submitted by automated means will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter To enter, entrants must complete the sign-up form on the Brisbane Warehouse Sale landing page at musclenation.org during the Entry Period, providing a valid name, email address and mobile number.

By submitting the form, entrants opt in to Muscle Nation marketing communications, including email and SMS. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing after entry does not withdraw a valid entry from the draw.

Incomplete entries and entries containing invalid or unverifiable contact details will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $500 AUD Muscle Nation gift card to spend at the Brisbane Warehouse Sale. Total prize pool: $500 AUD.

6. Prize Redemption Conditions

  • The gift card is redeemable in person only at the Muscle Nation Brisbane Warehouse Sale, Ekka Showgrounds, Bowen Hills QLD, on Saturday, 26 September 2026 and Sunday, 27 September 2026, during published event trading hours.
  • The gift card is not redeemable online at musclenation.org, via the Muscle Nation app, or at any other Muscle Nation event or retail location.
  • The gift card must be presented at the point of sale. Any unspent balance remaining at the close of trade on Sunday, 27 September 2026 expires and has no further value. The balance is not carried over, refunded or reissued.
  • Purchases exceeding $500 AUD require the winner to pay the difference by cash or card.
  • The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable for any other product or form of compensation.
  • The gift card is subject to Muscle Nation's standard gift card terms and conditions except where varied by these terms.
  • The winner is responsible for their own travel to and from the event and all associated costs. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
  • All event sales are final. Standard Muscle Nation returns and exchange policies do not apply to items purchased at the Warehouse Sale.

7. Draw One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Brisbane, Queensland.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement

  • The winner will be notified by email and SMS to the contact details provided at entry, within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw.
  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and their ability to attend the Brisbane Warehouse Sale on Saturday, 26 or Sunday, 27 September 2026 by replying to the notification by 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026.
  • If the winner does not respond by that time, cannot be contacted, or advises that they are unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The same notification and confirmation conditions apply to any redrawn winner.
  • The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on Muscle Nation's website, email and social media channels, and the winner consents to this as a condition of entry.

9. General Conditions

  • Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of age, identity and Queensland residency, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these terms.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for entries not received due to technical fault, network failure or any other cause outside its control.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
  • Event dates, trading hours and venue details are subject to change. If the Brisbane Warehouse Sale is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter will substitute the prize with a $500 AUD Muscle Nation gift card redeemable online at musclenation.org.

10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Muscle Nation excludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this giveaway, attendance at the Brisbane Warehouse Sale, or use of the prize.

11. Privacy By entering, entrants consent to Muscle Nation collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and sending marketing communications where opted in. Personal information is handled in accordance with Muscle Nation's Privacy Policy at https://musclenation.org/pages/privacy-policy.

12. Platform Disclaimer This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. It is not associated with or endorsed by the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA) or the Brisbane Showgrounds.

13. Disputes Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law in the jurisdiction of Queensland.

10th Birthday Sale

1. Promoter This promotion is run by Muscle Nation Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 106 733 071) ("Muscle Nation", "Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026, being the close of the 10th Birthday Sale ("Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Muscle Nation, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Entrants must have a valid Australian address.

4. How to Enter No additional entry is required. Every eligible order placed on the Muscle Nation online store (musclenation.org) or via the Muscle Nation app during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. One (1) entry is issued per eligible order — customers who place multiple orders receive multiple entries.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, or found to be fraudulent will be disqualified. Gift card purchases, wholesale and B2B orders are not eligible entries.

5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 AUD Muscle Nation gift card. Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD.

6. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at the Promoter's premises.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The winner's name may be published on Muscle Nation's website and social media channels.

8. Prize Conditions The gift card is redeemable at musclenation.org and via the Muscle Nation app only. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable for any other product or form of compensation. The gift card is subject to Muscle Nation's standard gift card terms and conditions. Muscle Nation reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

9. General Conditions Placing an order during the Promotion Period constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Muscle Nation reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these terms.
