When should I take Protein Water?

How do I use Protein Water?

Shake: Add 1 scoop (30g) in a shaker with 400 - 600mL (depending on your taste preference) of cold water and shake well.

Slushie: Add 1 scoop in a blender with 200 mL of water and top with lots of ice. Blend until it forms a slushie.

Smoothie: Add 1 scoop into a blender with water and your favourite fresh or frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.

What are the ingredients of Protein Water?

Hydrolysed Collagen - A clear protein with the benefits of hair, skin, nail, joint, bones, tendons, ligaments and cartilage.


Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) - Fast digesting protein and has the highest protein content compared to other types of whey protein.

Electrolytes - Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium. Electrolytes are essential minerals that your body needs to stay hydrated before, during, and after your activity.

BCAA’s - L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine. BCAA’s help fuel your training and recovery by maximising muscle growth and repair.

How much BCAAs + EAAs is in a serve?

Over 4.6g BCAAs + EAAs per serve. 

These amino acids help fuel your training by improving your fatigue tolerance as well as assisting in your recovery by maximising muscle growth and repair.

How much Collagen is in a serve?

Over 12g Collagen per serve. Collagen is a clear protein with the benefits of keeping healthy and repairing hair, skin, nail, joint, bones, tendons, ligaments and cartilage.

How much Vitamin C is in a serve?

There is 80mg of Vitamin C. 

How many scoops can I take daily?

We recommend not exceeding 1 - 2 scoops per day.
