If protein has aminos acids, why do I need to drink aminos?

When you eat protein from food or protein powder, it needs time to digest. The benefits of amino acid supplements like MN Aminos is that it absorbs instantly. MN Aminos utilises key amino acids in effective dosages that focus on building and retaining muscle (prevents muscle tissue breakdown - preserves and builds muscle).

Why are there added electrolytes and L-Glutamine?

MN Aminos has added electrolytes to help hydrate and replenish minerals to improve recovery and workout performance. With also the addition of L-Glutamine to boost your immune system.

How do I use aminos?

Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 - 600 mL of water and shake well.

When should I take aminos?
