What is Daily Shake?

Our new Daily Shake combines two different protein sources, Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) and Milk Protein. Both are found in cow’s milk and are high quality proteins, as they contain all essential amino acids and are easily digested and absorbed.

Utilising two different protein sources provides an awesome texture and consistency that is thick like a milkshake. The Daily Shake can be used any time throughout the day as a shake, in a smoothie, with oats and cooking. Our new Daily Shake is very versatile and Ideal for anyone who is looking to increase their daily protein intake.
What is the difference between whey protein and milk protein?

Whey Protein and Milk Protein are both found in cow's milk. They both differ in digestion time (how quickly your body absorbs them), texture/ consistency and taste.

Whey Protein digests quickly, and is the watery portion of milk (has a light and smooth texture/ consistency with a smooth taste). 

Milk Protein has a thicker/ creamy texture, a slow digestion time and rich taste.

WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (WPI): Light/ smooth consistency and fast digesting. Ideal for anyone who is looking for a post-workout protein. Made from one protein source, 100% Whey Protein Isolate (WPI).

CUSTARD CASEIN PROTEIN: Creamy custard consistency. Ideal protein snack, casein protein absorbs slower than whey protein. Made from three different protein sources, Milk Protein, Casein Protein and Whey Protein.
What is milk protein?

Milk Protein (MPC/MPI) differs from Whey Protein (WPC/WPI). Texture and consistency is different for both, but also digestion time (how quickly your body absorbs them), and taste.

Milk Protein contains all of the proteins that are naturally found in milk. Cow's milk contains approximately 80% Casein and 20% Whey. Because Milk Protein contains more Casein than Whey, Milk Protein has a thicker/ creamy texture, a slow digestion time and a rich taste.

Snack: Add 1 - 2 scoops into yoghurt or oats for a delicious snack.

Absolutely delicious, helps with my Dubai Chocolate cravings!

"Tastes delicious, low kcal and high protein, what more can you ask for! My favourite way to have it is in a Ninja Creami ice cream! Because it is already flavoured, other than almond milk and xantham gum, I don't need to add anything else. Goodbye Dryers and Ben & Jerry's, this is the only ice cream I've been eating the past 4 months! It would be even better if there was a Custard Protein Version of this, would really help when I have a craving for some Dubai Chocolate Pudding or dessert thats not cold!
