Care Guide
From buttery leggings to acid-wash tees, here's how to keep every piece feeling brand new â for longer.
The six essentials
Get these right and almost everything we make will last for years. The rest is detail.
- 01
Turn them inside out
Protects the finish and stops pilling where your skin rubs. Two seconds now, years of life later.
- 02
Cold wash, gentle cycle
Heat is the enemy of stretch and colour. Cold water keeps the fibres tight and the dye locked in.
- 03
Zip it in a wash bag
Saves your seams from zips, bra clips and Velcro snags. The single best habit for sculpting fabrics.
- 04
Skip softener & bleach
Both break down the elastane that gives our gear its squat-proof stretch. A little detergent is plenty.
- 05
Air dry in the shade
Never the dryer, never direct sun. Lay flat or hang in a breezy spot and they'll bounce back to shape.
- 06
Wash after every sweaty wear
Sweat left to sit breaks fabric down and traps odour. Dry them off, then give them a wash before the next session.
Care by fabric
Tap your fabric for its wash routine. Not sure what you've got? Check the care label sewn inside.
The soft, weightless feel is worth protecting. Treat Aura gently and it holds its squat-proof stretch wash after wash.
Booty bands, rough surfaces, pegs, jewellery and acrylic nails all catch the fine knit. Wash with similar colours.
A featherweight knit built for high-output sessions. Cold washing keeps it light and lasting.
Avoid rough surfaces and Velcro. Always use a wash bag to stop snags. Wash with similar colours.
The scrunch detail is knitted in, not printed â so the gentler you wash, the longer it stays put.
Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces. A wash bag is your best friend here. Wash with similar colours.
The rib gives beautiful stretch and recovery. Cold wash and air dry to keep the texture crisp.
Booty bands and rough surfaces can pull the rib. Use a wash bag and wash with similar colours.
Supportive, opaque and squat-proof. Skip the heat and it keeps that locked-in compression.
Jewellery, acrylic nails and rough surfaces catch the fabric. Wash inside out with similar colours.
No seams means nothing to rub or unravel â but the fine gauge still loves a gentle wash.
Snags are the main risk â always use a wash bag and keep clear of Velcro and sharp jewellery.
Our most supportive fabric, made to perform under load. Cold wash, air dry, and it'll keep its grip.
Belts, bands and barbell knurling can abrade the fabric. Use a wash bag and wash with similar colours.
Made from regenerated materials â caring for it well is the whole point. Cold wash and air dry keeps its footprint low and its life long.
Wash with similar colours and skip the dryer â air drying saves energy and keeps the recycled fibres intact.
The faded, vintage look is meant to keep evolving. Wash inside out and cold to slow it down â or lean in and let it age.
This is a distressed acid-wash piece â the colour will keep softening with every wash. That's the look.
Cosy, structured and built to last. Wash inside out and dry in the shade to protect prints and colour.
Never iron prints or logos directly. Dry in the shade to stop colours fading.
The fill and finish need a delicate touch. Hand wash cold and air dry fully so the loft bounces back.
Hand wash with a gentle detergent only and dry fully in a well-ventilated spot so the fill doesn't clump.
Knits need the gentlest care of all. Hand wash, reshape, and dry flat so they never lose their shape.
Some colours may fade. Never hang â reshape and dry flat in the shade, away from sharp objects.

Your leggings' best friend
A mesh wash bag is the single easiest way to protect seams, scrunch and finish in the machine. We made one for exactly this.

Wash cold, save energy
Up to 90% of a wash's energy goes to heating water. Cold washing slashes that â and is gentler on your gear.
Air dry, skip the dryer
Line drying uses zero energy and doubles the life of stretch fabrics. The dryer is the fastest way to wear them out.
Make them last
The most sustainable garment is the one you already own. Good care means fewer replacements and less landfill.
Recycle, don't bin
When a piece is truly done, drop it at a textile-recycling point rather than the bin. Our Everyday line is made from recycled fibres.
When to retire a pair
Even the best-cared-for gear has a lifespan. Here's how to tell when it's run its race.
The stretch is gone
If your leggings sag at the knees or waist and won't bounce back, the elastane has given out.
They've turned sheer
Thinning or see-through patches mean the knit has worn down â time for a fresh pair.
Odour won't wash out
Bacteria trapped deep in worn fibres can't be washed away. A permanent smell is the signal.
Pilling & snags everywhere
Surface pilling and pulls that no longer brush off mean the fabric face is spent.
