If protein has aminos acids, why do I need to drink aminos?

Dissolves great even in super cold water, and definitely helps rehydrate after a sweaty day.

A nice Amino acid with hydration! Flavour is not my favourite - kind of makes me feel like I left soap in my shaker haha - but a great product all round for during workouts. Blends easily, good consistency with no texture when mixing with just water. A good supplement to add into your stack!

this is just perfect if you don't want to drink sugary and fizzy drinks, and still need to hit your water goals - which is why I bought this. I'm post gastric sleeve and to hit water goals I needed some quilt-free-good-for-you flavour in my life and I found the answer. It mixes well (I tend to use less product than the recommended instructions as I prefer it less sweet) and the flavour is super natural!
