During our 10th Birthday Sale, eligible orders receive 10% of the final amount paid back as store credit to spend with us later.

Your credit is 10% of the final amount paid for products on your order. "Final amount paid" means the GST-inclusive product total after all discounts, including sale pricing and any influencer or promotional code.

Only the amount you actually pay with money counts. Any part of your order covered by MN Rewards points, loyalty redemptions or existing store credit does not earn credit. Shipping costs and Shipping Protection are also excluded.

For example, if your product total after discounts is $150, you will receive $15 in store credit.

No. Store credit is earned automatically on every eligible order placed during the promotional period.

Any order placed on our website during the promotional period is eligible, including international orders, unless listed in the exclusions below.

If you place more than one eligible order during the sale, each order earns its own store credit.

Gift card purchases are not eligible and do not earn store credit.

Wholesale and B2B orders are excluded from this promotion.

Shipping costs and Shipping Protection do not earn credit.

Yes, but only your first order. If you start a subscription during the sale, that first order earns store credit. Subsequent recurring orders do not.

Yes. Store credit is earned in addition to any MN Rewards points you earn on the same order.

Note that it works one way: you still earn points as normal, but any part of an order paid for by redeeming points does not earn store credit. Credit is only calculated on the amount paid with money.

Your return window closes 30 days after your order is delivered. Store credit is issued once your return window has closed.

You will receive an email when your store credit has been issued.

Store credit is linked to the email address used at purchase. Log in with that email at checkout to see and use it.

If you used a different or incorrect email on your order, contact us at orders@musclenation.org before the credit is issued.

Log in with the email address you used at purchase and your available credit will appear as a payment option at checkout.

Store credit applies as payment, so you can still use a discount code on the same order.

Once issued, store credit can be used until 1 November 2026, after which it expires.

For customers in New Zealand, store credit issued under this promotion is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

If your order costs more, you pay the difference with any regular payment method. If it costs less, the remaining credit stays on your account for future orders until it expires.

No. Store credit is issued in AUD, can only be used on this store, has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

If you return an item for a refund or for store credit through our returns portal, the promotional credit associated with that item is voided.

On a partial return, only the returned item's proportional credit is voided. The rest of your credit is unaffected.

No. Exchanges do not affect your promotional credit, including Instant Exchange and Shop Now (Australia only).

Exchange and Shop Now orders themselves do not earn additional promotional credit, as credit is calculated on your original qualifying order.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit, as outlined in our Returns Policy. They still earn promotional credit when purchased.

Yes. All returns must be lodged within the timeframes and meet the conditions in our Returns Policy, and standard return handling fees apply as set out there.

Buy Now Pay Later orders earn store credit like any other eligible order. If you return an item, your payment plan is handled as described in our Returns Policy.
