Well Muscle Nation you keep bringing out some lovely new flavours. My go-to and all time favourite is Pineapple Coconut, but got Cherry Limeade in my last order. It has a refreshing cherry taste with a twist of lime. Good choice for a summer protein water.

Honestly, the best flavour ever! It actually tastes like real orange juice and is by far better than the Pineapple flavour. Definitely my favourite!
Love it! Light and refreshing as they claimed! Furthermore, I love anything sour so it is right up my alley! I find it a little sweet though, so what I do is I add less to the recommended amount of water, or simply add one scoop to more water, in the event I need more protein intake or for gym! Also, easy to shake in the shaker bottle and it doesn’t clump together, not like normal whey or even certain clear whey! Truly an amazing product!
Consistently one of my favourites. This was one of the first Muscle Nation products I tried and it's still one I keep coming back to. I love the apple blackcurrant flavour, and it's such an easy way to get extra protein and collagen.
Protein Water - the flavours of the protein water was so delicious. It felt like a naughty treat but it was actually healthy and full of goodness. I am still trying all of the flavours in my sample pack but so far Pineapple is my favourite! Lychee was a close second :)
Musclenation Protein water sample packs are the greatest ever. Convenient for my work. Im able to take a pack and mix it on break while Im at work. So far the tropical crush is my favourite. If Im feeeling fancy I will blend some ice and some frozen fruit to make a protein slushy, slightly addicted.

Our Protein Water combines two different protein sources, Hydrolysed Collagen and Whey Protein Isolate (WPI). With added electrolytes and BCAA’s, our protein water makes a clear and refreshing drink.
It's like drinking water, but fruity and refreshing! The perfect option when you don’t want a milky protein shake.
What does Protein Water taste like?
Sour first, then light and refreshing. Add more or less water to make it as sour as you like.
What is the texture like?
The texture is like water, light and refreshing. It's not milky or thick.
Is Protein Water sugar free?
It’s 99% Sugar Free.
Is this a powder or a ready to drink?
This is a powder supplement. Simply mix with cold water and enjoy the benefits of protein, collagen, electrolytes and BCAA’s without the milky taste.
How do I use Protein Water?
Shake: Add 1 scoop (30g) in a shaker with 400 - 600mL (depending on your taste preference) of cold water and shake well.
Slushie: Add 1 scoop in a blender with 200 mL of water and top with lots of ice. Blend until it forms a slushie.
Smoothie: Add 1 scoop into a blender with water and your favourite fresh or frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
What are the ingredients of Protein Water?
Hydrolysed Collagen - A clear protein with the benefits of hair, skin, nail, joint, bones, tendons, ligaments and cartilage.
Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) - Fast digesting protein and has the highest protein content compared to other types of whey protein.
Electrolytes - Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium. Electrolytes are essential minerals that your body needs to stay hydrated before, during, and after your activity.
BCAA’s - L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine. BCAA’s help fuel your training and recovery by maximising muscle growth and repair.
