It is supportive, love the inbuilt cups that give a nice shape and mean everything is held in place. The band isn't too tight and has great coverage for high intensity movement. I am a 10C or size 8-10/S across all other activewear and crops, this one is a perfect fit. Could also work with a larger bust whilst still providing good support and coverage without being too restrictive."
