Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Muscle Nation Creamy Honey Protein Oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 150ml milk or liquid of choice
  • 100g banana

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and combined.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter into a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  5. Stack with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
