Ingredients
- 1 sachet Muscle Nation Creamy Honey Protein Oats
- 1 large egg
- 150ml milk or liquid of choice
- 100g banana
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and combined.
- Pour small amounts of batter into a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Stack with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
