"Lovely bag but doesn't last. I purchased this bag Nov last year, didnt get around to using it for a while but after about 6 months of use a couple times a week both thr tabs on the zippers snapped off. I contacted support as you would expect it to last better then that only to be told they deem it usual wear and tear and not a manufacturing issue. So beware if you buy this bag it won't last long!"
