Lightweight, breathable, and built for movement focused sessions, the Tempo 3" Run Shorts are designed to support you through runs, walks, and warm weather training. The relaxed fit allows for easy unrestricted movement, while overlapping side panels feature a small side tack to help keep them sitting neatly in place as you move. Finished with an internal knicker and a hidden pocket for keys or gels, these shorts are made to keep distractions low and your focus on the run ahead.

I haven't run in them yet, but trying them on are a perfect fit. True to size, not tight or loose. I do love them, the only thing is if you have a big butt, your cheeks be showing. For me, I dont care lol

They are light and airy and have a slightly thicker waist band than other styles currently on the market. I recently ran a half marathon in them and there was no chaffing or movement. I’m a size 8 to 10 and went the small. They do run a little big, however there is a drawstring to tighten.

More Colours Please!

I’ve tried all the competitor shorts - these are the only ones that work for me. The rise is high enough, the waistband is soft enough and the length/leg opening doesn’t ride up in my crotch whilst running. I have the black but the other two colours are too light and cool toned. Would adore deep/warm tones like Khaki, Charcoal, Navy, Deep Red and Chocolate.
