I've only worn to the gym so far, and probably wouldn't be my first choice for a run, as I prefer pockets for my run shorts, but for the gym they are excellent. "Fiirn fit with high compression in the tummy area. The Cola colour is better than it looks on the MN website, it's much deeper/ browner. I prefer a softer, less compressive fabric (Liberty) so I returned this. MN return process os easy and straightforward."
